Reiki is an amazing threshold energy system, meaning it can be a wonderful first exposure to working with energy and as expansive as taking into a professional practice. I sometimes feel Reiki is undersold, the experiences I have had personally and with my clients have been quite profound and life changing.
As an experienced Reiki Master Teacher in Usui Shiki Ryoho systems and Karuna Reiki® / Holy Fire III and a wealth of training and teaching experience, I can support you on your Reiki journey at your pace. Future offerings will include optional additional Reiki mini courses in Sound Healing, Crystals and Vocal Tuning.
When you learn Reiki you gain deep knowledge and practice of using ancient symbols to deepen the power, move beyond time and provide your clients with simple deep relaxation or a deeply transformational experience.

Professional Master Practitioner Diploma
For those called to practise professionally—a deeper route with added structure, standards, and support.
Currently pending approval by the accrediting body, this comprehensive training pathway combines Reiki I, Reiki II, III and PRP, alongside a suite of e-learning modules designed to support working and learning at a professional standard. Expect clear frameworks, practice guidance, and deeper energetic understanding—so you can develop confident technique, unlock intuitive practice, and build a grounded, ethical, and impactful client offering.

Reiki I - Shoden
This beautiful foundational course connects you with the universal life force energy of Reiki.
- We will explore the history and lineage
- Enjoy the personal ritual of an attunement, to activate the flow of Reiki
- Discuss and practice a wonderful meditation as you become open to channelling and being 'with Reiki' - share the techniques and sacred hand positions for self-care
- Hand positions and practice for sharing with family, friends, pets and your food/drink etc
- Considerations for working with others.
-Enjoy two days of training, each 21 days apart to honour Mikao Usui's quest to Mount Karama & the 21 days he meditated on his journey of enlightenment

Reiki II - Okuden
This course is about deeper knowledge, learn to work with 3 symbols to deepen your practice, complete the course and you can apply for insurance to set up practice should you wish:
- The course is a beautiful blend of meditation, theory, practice and practitioner skills.
- You are invited to complete case studies to deepen your practice, build you confidence and should you wish work to the National Occupational Standards (NOS).
-Working with Reiki is a beautiful spiritual practice, the NOS are there simply to help you be a professional successful practitioner and support your clients to a high standard, qualifying you to offer gentle coaching and guidance. We are not regulating Reiki as an energy practice, simply providing you with additional skills. Note: See Professional Practitioner qualification.
Reiki III - Shinpiden / Master Level
This level supports you to embody Reiki as a deeper spiritual practice and to refine your presence as a practitioner.
- Deepen your relationship with Reiki through advanced meditations and practices
- Explore how to work more intuitively and confidently in sessions
- Strengthen your self-practice, boundaries, and energetic hygiene
- Guidance on integrating Reiki into your life and work in an aligned, sustainable way
Reiki Master Teacher - Shihan (Teacher Training)
For those who feel called to share Reiki through teaching and passing on attunements.

FAQs: Do I need Reiki I before Reiki II (and Reiki II before Reiki III)?
Yes. Each level builds on the foundations of the previous one. If you trained elsewhere, I am happy to discuss your personal needs and experience.
-90 Days needs to have elapsed between Reiki I and progressing to Reiki II
-9 mths must have elapsed before progressing to Reiki III as well as completing case studies, have a general skills assessment and personal practice
- You are required to have 12 months experience before progressing to Master Teacher
- Professional Practitioner can be completed after Reiki II

FAQs: Is Reiki for beginners / do I need to be spiritual?
Reiki is for everyone. You do not need any prior experience, and you do not need to follow a particular belief system. Training is welcoming, grounded, and practical.
FAQs: How long is the training and what support do I get afterwards?
Training includes guided practice and space for questions, and you will be welcomed into our community with invitations to Reiki Shares and experiences to keep your practice supported.
Reiki I - 2 days 21 days apart
Reiki II - 2 days plus case studies and self treatments
Reiki III - 3 days
PRP (coming in 2026- 4 Days plus case studies and assessment (verified by external professional body)
Reiki IV - Dependent of existing teaching/training experience (6-12 months)
FAQs: Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a certificate for the level you complete, along with guidance on next steps for your self-practice and (if relevant) your professional pathway.
Where does the training take place?
In-person training will be completed in Dunfermline, Scotland
Overseas training is also possible subject to availability (Typically Andalusia, Spain, residential experience)
