When Wellbeing Becomes Part of How Your Organisation Leads
The organisations making the strongest progress today recognise that workplace wellbeing is more than a policy. It is a strategic commitment that shapes culture, strengthens leadership, and creates the conditions for people to perform at their best.
Choosing to invest in wellbeing is a clear sign that your organisation is ready to move forward with purpose — supporting your people not only through day-to-day demands, but also through key life and work transitions such as menopause, confidence challenges, change, and team disconnection.
When wellbeing is embedded into the way an organisation operates, the impact is far-reaching: stronger engagement, better retention, healthier communication, and teams that feel valued, capable, and connected.
My approach helps organisations turn that intention into meaningful practice. Drawing on decades of experience in across public and private sectors, I support businesses in building environments where wellbeing is visible, credible, and aligned with long-term organisational success.
How I Support Your Organisation
Strategic wellbeing services tailored to strengthen your people, culture, and organisational performance through thoughtful, practical support that feels both calming and impactful.
Building a Genuine Culture of Wellbeing
A wellbeing policy is a starting point — but it's not the destination. Organisations that truly thrive are those that weave wellbeing into every layer of their culture: from leadership behaviours and management practices to the everyday conversations that shape how people feel at work.
I work alongside your HR teams, managers, and leadership to audit your current wellbeing provision, identify gaps, and co-create a roadmap for meaningful change. This isn't about adding another initiative to the pile — it's about aligning your wellbeing strategy with your organisational values and making it sustainable.
From facilitating open conversations about menopause and women's health, to running interactive workshops that build confidence and strengthen teams, every intervention is designed to create ripple effects that improve retention, engagement, and overall performance.
My background in health, safety & wellbeing — combined with my training as a wellbeing coach and professional practitioner specialising in women's wellbeing and empowerment — means I bring both the strategic understanding and the human touch needed to make real change happen.

About Jane Macdonald
My career has given me a broad and multifaceted foundation, bringing together coaching, training, mentoring, and professional wellbeing practice in a way that supports both individuals and organisations.
Over the years, I have worked across a range of employed roles, developing deep experience in supporting people, navigating workplace challenges, and helping create healthier, more supportive environments. In 2021, I took the next step and began working for myself, allowing me to bring together the full breadth of my experience in a more personal and focused way.
Since 2010, my work has had a particular focus on physical and psychological health, safety, and wellbeing. This has shaped the way I work today, combining practical understanding with a compassionate, holistic approach that meets people where they are.
I now support women and organisations through coaching, wellbeing guidance, and empowering personal development, helping clients build confidence, resilience, clarity, and meaningful change.
Whether I am working one-to-one or alongside organisations, my aim is always to offer thoughtful, grounded support that helps people feel valued, capable, and better equipped to thrive.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who are your workshops designed for?
My workshops are designed for organisations of all sizes — from SMEs to large corporates and public sector bodies. They're suitable for HR teams, managers, leadership groups, and employees at all levels. I tailor every session to your organisation's specific context and needs.
Can you deliver workshops both in-person and online?
Absolutely. I deliver workshops both in-person at your premises and virtually via video conferencing. Both formats are interactive and engaging, and I'll work with you to determine which approach best suits your team.
What does setting up a menopause club involve?
I guide you through the entire process — from gaining leadership buy-in and creating a safe framework, to facilitating the first sessions and training internal champions to sustain the club long-term. It's about creating a lasting support structure, not a one-off event.
How do you tailor your services to our organisation?
Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation where I learn about your organisation's culture, challenges, and goals. From there, I design a bespoke programme that addresses your specific needs — whether that's a single workshop, a series of sessions, or an ongoing consultancy partnership.
What makes your approach different from other wellbeing providers?
My unique combination of 35+ years in corporate and public sector health, safety & wellbeing, together with my qualifications as a wellbeing coach and professional practitioner, means I understand both the organisational and the human side. I don't deliver generic content — I create meaningful, evidence-based interventions that drive real cultural change.
