I’m Jane Macdonald, from Jane Macdonald Holistic Wellness & Academy. My work is rooted not only in training and professional practice, but in lived experience — navigating loss, personal awakening, and the courage it takes to realign your life with what truly matters.
To begin with, these episodes will be solo reflections and teachings, where I share insights on spiritual growth, energy work, personal development, and living with awareness and intention.
