About Me - I’m Jane Macdonald – Holistic Wellness Specialist, Soul Guide, and the heart behind She Who Chooses, based in the ancient, grounded land of Dunfermline, Fife, UK. But more than a title or location, I am a woman who stopped surviving and started listening to my body, my soul, and the whispers of something more.
In 2018, in the midst of life's busyness and high-pressure expectations at work, I closed my laptop and signed myself off with work-related stress. I walked out of my office knowing in my bones that I couldn’t keep running the hamster wheel, not just to the job but to the way I had been living—the hustle, the disconnection of my mind, body & soul, the silence of my own truth. That moment marked the beginning of my becoming.
Since then, I’ve journeyed deep into the healing arts personally and professionally, studying Reiki (up to Master Teacher level), mindfulness, Theta Healing, Sound Healing, Creative Therapy, Meditation Teaching, and Spiritual Mentorship. I’ve been curiously involved with intuitive energy for around 40 years and professionally over 8years, and the more I learn, the more I’m in awe of the wisdom our bodies and spirits hold when we make space to listen.
In 2021, I took the leap my soul had long been preparing for. I left my corporate role in Oil & Gas to step fully into this path—supporting women, practitioners, and change-makers to realign with their truth, reclaim their power, and reconnect with the sacred rhythms of life.
Through one-to-one sessions, soul-aligned mentorship, and sacred group offerings, I guide others to do what I’ve done: pause, reflect, and choose—again and again—what serves the soul. My work blends grounded experience with deep spiritual connection, offering a nurturing yet powerful space where healing happens and transformation is inevitable.
She Who Chooses
My signature membership, She Who Chooses, is the soul-led community I wish had existed when navigating my own experiences with mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual disconnect. It’s for women ready to stop people-pleasing, start honouring their energy, and live in alignment with their deeper knowing. Through powerful teachings, rituals, group support, and intuitive guidance, we explore what it means to choose—consciously, courageously, and compassionately—in all areas of life.
