Welcome
I have pulled together some useful information ahead of your Reiki training experience in Spain, please let me know should you have any further questions.

I've designed this Reiki training retreat to be an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, offering a truly immersive experience that allows you to embrace the energy and take time for yourself. Prioritising your wellbeing daily is an incredible act of self-care, and when combined with nutritious food and delightful company, it becomes a perfect blend of self-care and self-love.
The goals are simple: to provide you with time to reconnect with your spiritual self and to equip you with a remarkable toolkit to further your Reiki practice.
Nurturing our spiritual health leads to contentment, cultivating inner peace, comfort, strength, and love for oneself. It also deepens our connection to our innermost selves, our beliefs, and values, sparking curiosity about the wider world, the cosmos, and its energies.
I have anticipated some questions and have provided answers in the FAQs section, let me know if you have any more.

Normal holiday clothes plus jumper and warmer clothes for evenings.
Note: There is a book drawer and some games available at the Casita.
The property is located in Los Lomas, Alhaurin el Grande, Andalusia, Spain. A google location pin will be provided nearer the time.
The property is a little tricky to find and some taxi drivers may try take you to the main house or drop you at the bottom of the sloped drive (do not let them leave you there). We will provide you with Lana's phone number who will speak with the driver to direct them if there's any issues, she is a Scottish lass who speaks Spanish and Dutch.
Other notes about the property: The property is on a hillside there are a number of steps and inclines when you move around the gardens etc.. We have included some property photos which includes the gardens, steps to the pool and massage hut
There are 3 twin rooms, one with en-suite. There is a further full bathroom, which has a bath and shower, toilet and sink. The hot water is served by a large boiler so there should be plenty, however we ask that you keep the usage times to a minimum to respect any water shortage in the area and to allow plenty time for everyone to use the facilities. We do suggest that those sharing discuss a plan for shower use timing.
Yes, we have designated two quiet zones: the Hammocks and the Massage Hut. If these zones are occupied, please assume the individual is not open to conversation. Additionally, you are welcome to explore the gardens and surrounding areas at your leisure. For your safety if you intend to leave the property grounds, to explore or go into town, please let me know.
Everyone embarks on their own unique journey; some seek activity, others tranquillity and relaxation, or simply an escape from the hustle of daily life, and for some, it's a blend of these elements. We envision this experience as a micro-community where respect for personal space, peaceful resolution of conflicts, and unity as a collective are cherished values.
Please note: If you have concerns about the mental health of anyone on the trip, including yourself, you should confidentially discuss these concerns with myself.
I will be the lead food prepper, however, we will be creating the meals as a collective with everyone playing their part i.e. chopping and prepping food, doing dishes, setting table etc. a selection of healthy and general snacks will also be available. All meals are vegetarian and its a no-alcohol environment.
Below is a sample of what will likely be available; I've still to finalise the menu. Snacks will be available throughout the day. Fruit and raw vegetables will be accessible for self-service at all times.
Meals will be freshly made served community style, with everyone seated and all dishes placed on the table, allowing you to serve yourself. Options may vary slightly from what is stated below.
We will have themed the dinners to help us be more organised and there will one main, with various tasty accompaniments. There is no obligation to sit as a group at all times. Food will be prepared and served daily at a specified time to facilitate planning, preparation, and foster a sense of community.
