I will introduce you to a more mindful life. The techniques will be simple, effective and you can build them into your everyday routine.
Meditation is proven to improve mental health when practiced daily and you do not need existing skills, just an interest in improving your wellbeing.
This will be seated session, moving or for the longer meditations you are welcome to lie down with a blanket and cushion if you wish.
Each week we will enjoy a different meditation style and I’ll also share some helpful tips with you. The four weeks will consist of:
Zen Meditations, Guided Meditations, Creative Meditations and a Full Sound Bath (Either Crystal Bowls & Chimes or Ancient Sounds) each block of 4 will have different themes so you will not experience the same meditation twice.

Don’t worry too much if you do not know where to start and part of the day we will embrace an intuitive session to unlock your priorities.
All supplies will be provided including the main item for the sessions as well as, paints, beautiful papers, dried flowers, quotes, stickers, ribbons, crystals and so much more.
There are only 4 spaces at each event available so there will be plenty time and space to complete your project as well as learn how to use it for maximum effect.
Available 1 Tuesday evening, 1 Wednesday Morning and one Saturday Morning per month.
