What do I need to bring?

At our session, you'll find a cozy setup with blankets, mats, comfortable comforters, pillows, and filtered water provided for your comfort. , there's no need to bring these items unless you have something special that enhances your comfort. Please keep in mind that space is limited, so bringing less helps maintain a safer and more spacious environment for everyone.

I encourage you to bring any crystals you'd like to incorporate into our session. It's beneficial to have them cleansed and ready, as this will enhance your connection with them during our intention setting exercise at the beginning.


What should I expect?

In our circles, we begin by pausing to set intentions. Depending on the theme, I might share a short story, poem, or relevant piece of folklore to establish the right atmosphere.

I'll guide you into a relaxing meditation to help you ease into the session, complemented by the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and other related sound accessories. The instruments will be thoughtfully selected to align with the theme, accompanied by gentle music or sounds to enhance the environment.

As we conclude, I'll gently bring you back from the sound journey, leading into a beautiful awakening ceremony. We will then enjoy a grounding tea ritual and share a heartfelt conversation.
Venue & Parking

You're invited to a serene and intimate event at my therapy studio, designed to accommodate up to 5 participants. The studio is conveniently located at the back of my home at 79 Arthur Street, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 0JJ.

**Arrival and Preparation:**
Please arrive between 6:45 and 6:55 PM. We will start promptly at 7:00 PM. Upon entering the studio, kindly remove your shoes and use the shoe rack located on the right-hand side. Dress in comfortable clothing and bring cozy socks, as working with energy can sometimes cause your body temperature to drop. Don’t worry, I’ll have plenty of blankets available to keep you warm.

**Creating a Zen Environment:**
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, I kindly ask that we use indoor voices and adopt a zen mindset upon entering. If you're feeling rushed or frantic, please take a moment to ground yourself before joining us. This practice will enhance your experience and ensure a harmonious environment for everyone, offering a much-needed break from life's busyness.

**Facilities and Accessibility:**
Please note that there are no toilet facilities in the studio itself, but you are welcome to use the facilities in my home. Be aware that there are several stairs leading into the house, and the driveway is chipped and sloped. If you require any additional support for accessibility or comfort, please let me know in advance.

**Parking:**
There is space for 3 cars to park nose-to-tail over the drive outside the property. If needed, you may also park at my neighbours', ensuring not to block their driveways or impair their visibility. Your safety and respect for their space are paramount.
