Stepping into Your Higher Self through Movement, Music and Creativity

I have to say, when I first dipped into this practice, I felt a bit silly and awkward about it all. I wasn't truly invested at the start – it was more of a casual try-out as part of my creative diploma studies. I figured I'd give it a go just to see what it was about, and then take it seriously next time around.

But honestly, within just five minutes, something shifted. I found myself slipping into a deeper state of inner connection that I can barely describe – it was profound and unexpected. I hadn't gone in with any specific intentions or ideas about what might surface, but before I knew it, I was fully immersed.

What unfolded next truly astonished me. Themes poured out that I hadn't anticipated: the repression of women, the seismic changes in US laws, echoes of The Handmaid's Tale, and all that raw anger surrounding sexual abuse and violence against women. I laughed, I cried, and I couldn't wait to grab some paper and pens to channel that deep-seated energy that had risen up inside me.   I was home alone and so grateful to have been somewhere I could express myself fully and unashamedly.

And here's the thing – it's never about the end result or the output. It's all about the journey, the release, and embracing that pure, unfiltered emotion. No judgement, no measuring of skill; just an authentic, grounding experience. Below is a photo of my creative expression from that session – a reminder of how transformative it can be. I pride myself in holding a safe space, the success of these sessions has been incredible whether it was during local session, home and abroad wellbeing retreats or during the Reiki Masters retreat in Spain, each time every woman has found herself on a personal journey.

I do love doing these outside, but with the UK weather in the earlier parts of the year all will be inside. The creative activities and themes will be varied, the  music, room diffuser oils and snacks all taking on the essence of the theme for an immersive experience.

Join me for these sessions, at the introductory rate of just £33 per person, the full price should I continue them into the 2nd part of the year will likely be around £88, due to the prep time. All creative tools, art making equipment and accessories all included, as are the tea & bakes. 100 minute sessions.

I am absolutely honoured and delighted to bring these to you,

Jane xo
