I love offering these sessions in a nurturing space where each woman can reconnect with herself. Whether at local gatherings, wellbeing retreats at home and abroad, or during the Reiki Masters retreat in Spain, every session has led women into their own unique and meaningful journey.

My Story
When I first tried this practice, I felt a little silly and unsure. It began as a gentle experiment during my creative diploma studies, something I was curious to explore without any real expectations.

But within minutes, something shifted. I dropped into a deep sense of inner connection that felt powerful, grounding and unexpectedly profound. Without trying to force anything, I found myself fully immersed in the experience.

What came through surprised me. Emotions, memories and themes rose to the surface and asked to be expressed. I laughed, I cried, and I felt an overwhelming need to put that energy onto paper through colour, movement and creativity.

And that is the heart of this work – it is never about creating something perfect. It is about the journey, the release, and allowing yourself to move, feel and express without judgement. It is a safe, grounding and deeply personal experience.

I am absolutely honoured and delighted to bring these to you,

Jane xo

This is not about art, it's about a woman reclaiming her power,

A Note From Jane
I created these monthly sound healing sessions as a gentle space for rest, release and reconnection, I’ve loved attending events in locations in Bali, Australia and across Scotland.

These intimate events have been well received and super popular over the last couple of years, having changed from larger gatherings. I know how easy it is to move through life carrying stress, tension and the feeling that you always need to keep going.

These evenings are an invitation to pause, soften and receive. My intention is to offer you a calm, supportive experience where you can simply arrive as you are and leave feeling more grounded, nourished and at ease.
I would love to welcome you,
Jane xo
