🌿 This soothing 60-minute session offers a gentle immersion into deep relaxation and energetic harmony through meditation,  Quartz Crystals, Usui Reiki, Holy Fire® Reiki, and Karuna Reiki®. Designed to calm the nervous system, ease emotional tension, and create space for inner peace. 

This session is ideal for those seeking rest, renewal, and spiritual support in a soft, nurturing environment. Although, the title says stillness, you are welcome to release through movement during the session, sometimes clients are drawn to move a limb, stretch, be vocal, emotional or something else. This is a beautiful safe space for you to express yourself in which ever way resonates with you.


 I would love to have you connect with the symbols of Karuna before the session. It would be a sweet, harmonising moment to set intentions and soothe the soul - please ask if you would love me to include the beautiful sounds of Tibetan or crystal bowls in your session.

Reiki Changed My Life

I found my solution - to get there it was messy, disjointed and mis-aligned and as a result, I have developed a method help you in a more focused and nurturing way to ease the path. First step was to make space, learn how to be kind and compassionate with myself and be open to possibilities and hope. 

Reiki helped my return to myself, working on myself initially then learning all 3 levels traditionally, plus additional Professional Practitioner and Master Teacher. In 2024 I travelled to Australia to learn more, I added Holy Fire® Reiki, and Karuna Reiki® to my offerings which brings in energy from source, angelic and direct connection to spiritual realms as well as vocal work through chanting and tuning for vibrational resonance.  I am a dedicated practitioner and teacher, committing to continued professional development and maintaining professional standards of service. This is reflected in my continuous registration with  UK Reiki Federation since 2018 and CNHC in 2019. 

 All this brings a unique experience for you as the receiver, I love to have you involved in the process ahead of the session for alignment, intention setting, engaging you in your journey helps you feel more connected to your own journey.
